Our Limits Vs Us

I found this another really inspiring video like the BE PHENOMENAL video I had shared earlier (it can be viewed by clicking the link).

It’s so amazing that each one of possesses the ability and unmeasurable strength to do all that we want to and all that we can think of but we are so unaware! We all want to do it and give it a try but we are afraid of being held back, of getting hurt, of failing, or even being laughed at!
But why? We only learn from failing and we must remember that we ourselves are responsible for our lives. Nobody else is going to live it for us, then why should we care about how the others are going to react? Believe it or not, even those who laugh or stop us, really wish deep inside that they had the same courage as us! Then why not try and do what you truly want to! If we succeed – excellent – and if we don’t – at least we tried and we now know our faults to try better the next time!

Let’s get out of this mind trap.
Let’s not be afraid of going in the right direction.
Let’s challenge our limits and not limit our challenges!
Life is what you make it!
Enjoy 🙂

  1. I used to hit 100 dibs everyday until a really good mate met me.. He asked me to KEEP DOING, KEEP DOING, DONT STOP, GIVE YOUR BEST… He yelled at me and now my routine is 250.. Have you any personal experince of fighting with your limit?

    1. That’s awesome isn’t it? It’s nice to have people encourage you. Yes, I have not one but many experiences of challenging my limits – both physically and mentally! Thanks for taking out the time to read and watch 🙂

        1. Okay! I’ll give you just one instance of the physical limit. Soccer is my main. So, when I first became part of the district team, the amount of effort we had to put in increased to double the amount for school matches. And I don’t sweat so easily. My coach (who I really admire) always said, if you’re not sweating enough means you aren’t working hard enough. And I used to be like, I’m continuously sprinting for 10 whole km and this is what I have to hear! And he repeatedly kept saying this to us but I never listened, obviously, I couldn’t run more than that is what I thought! And this continued for two years or something and then came the time for states, during the pre-selection time we were told that we need to cover atleast 20 km running continuously for the selection! Now we had to and unbelievably I did end up covering a little more than the required distance and I was sweating this time! My coach very nicely told me that the actual selection limit was 10 km but he wanted me to realize how much more I was capable of! It’s all thanks to him that I’ve played national levels now 🙂

  2. Great video, thanks for the extra motivation today! 🙂
Time to dig deep and keep going! It’s true that sometimes our minds hold us back and want to quit before it’s necessary. I think intense physical exercise does help teach this. I’ve pushed myself way beyond what I thought possible by just keeping going, not stopping. Thanks again for the visit!! 🙂

  3. Kushboo actually i am a lazy man.physical exercises and mental exercises both are necessary.i always thought only if you have natural born talent you can become good. But i think it doesn’t matter if you really put the effort and work hard right?

    1. Yes, everything is possible with a little extra effort and a strong will! 🙂
Kerela sounds pretty exciting a place to visit. I’ll probably be down south next year, I’ll definitely visit it! About my place, I’m basically from the Delhi region, so our food mostly consists of chapattis and dal (there are many varieties of both),then of course there’s the sabzi(vegetables), Paranthas, Rice (though it is not included in every meal) and all of it tastes fantastic! I’ve visited Hyderabad, so I know that the South region is cleaner than the North but there are still many historical places like the red fort, Qutab Minar, The lotus temple, Akshardham temple, India Gate and many more places of interest. You might have heard of the battles of Panipat? Panipat is just one hour from the center and there’s the battle field, and museums of deep interest. Cultivation mostly happens in Haryana and Punjab and wheat is cultivated in large amounts after which comes sugarcane and many others. There are plenty industries here and Panipat is the handloom hub of India!
And what else should I tell you? 🙂
