Are you listening?

Haven’t turned my back on the “Gods”
just religion…
I can’t cry and I’m tired of suffering…
Are you listening?

Asked them to ease the pain but they don’t listen…
So achieving freedom is now my mission…

Wishing this was the end instead of the beginning, following my heart aka intuition…

Walking along the path that I’m on I try to commit no wrong, my heart plays the song and my conscious sings along…

Greed and hatred is realities theme, no longer do I sleep to the Utopian dream.

Sitting here writing my thoughts some may consider it a poem, for me it’s the pain being released from its dark home.

Put my soul into this song, drowning in my misery…
It’s too late to save me so just roll along…
Only thing I ask is read this, share it and sing along…

Power in words, heart warming and conscious strong.
Sharing the words needed to change things to becoming rights and no wrongs……

– Me writing on behalf of HUMANITY
(Trying to reach each person on every street, relaying the message for common good A.K.A Free Humanity!)

  1. thumbs up for the poet… So much bloodshed has happened, so many wars but GOD still remains most debatable topic..
it hurts to see people fighting for something that doesnt exist at least not in the form they think!!!!

    1. Well thank you coz I have written this but the title of a “Poet” will be too big for me 🙂 Yes, you’re right. God is one of the most debatable topics but as you might be aware, besides religion there exist many more reasons of wars which harm humanity in ways irreparable atleast if the human race continues to function like this! My intention of writing this is to ‘once again’ bring to people’s mind the thought of peace so if not everyone, at least, we could do our part and others who see us start doing the same and you never know how many lives could be changed for the better!
Thank you once again for your comment Raman.

    1. To be very frank, even though my family is a total God believer and worship the Hindu idols, I have chosen to not make myself belong to any religion as such and I’m totally against idol worship. Yes, I have read, heard and visited many places of all religions just out of curiosity and realized that the main purpose of each one of them is the same! My religious views are agnostic and I am also a skeptic, so I guess this explains it all 🙂

  2. I feel exactly the same.. However being a HINDU, no one is completely NASTIK because God is in our everyday form. Like TULSI MATA, COW MATA but their purpose is more scientific and social than religious..
Things worshiped on religious basis always invite arguments and wars.. Talk to me about this topic for 30 minutes; we ll become enemies and i m sure that will be our last chat!!

    1. I’m not here to make enemies or chat with anyone. Everyone has their own individual opinions and I respect yours too, but the scientific inclination of my mind doesn’t allow me to consider the presence of God in everyday forms be it Tulsi which is a plant and there are many other plants with healing powers too or cow which is an animal with a soul and so are the other animals!

  3. Even though, no religion directly reaches to God but still Hinduism philosophy is best if judged from a neutral Eye.. Its not a religion but a philosophy, what you say?

    1. In my opinion no religion is a philosophy and most of the things they talk about are merely myths. Yes, there is a tinge of life’s philosophy in some of their scripts and works like the Geeta in Hinduism and the Bible’s verses contain something of the kind too!

          1. Can you tell me the origin source of hinduism? .. can you tell me the rule book that is written for hindus ? Like muslims follow quran and christians bible..

            1. Look first of all I want to make it clear that I’m not against any religion nor am I in favour of any. I can debate on both sides coz I’m agnostic. Answering you on this, speaking from the perspective that goes opposite to yours’ – exactly! Hinduism doesn’t have any source of origin, so should I think it is merely existing and there were no hindu gods and deities in reality? Or if you want to say their are the Upanishads, Puranas, the epical books of Mahabharata and Ramayana, then you are probably contradicting your own self!

              1. People living in east side of sindhu river were called hindus.. everyone living in east side of sindhu was a hindu, no matter who. Before muslims invaded us in 11th century, every religious book written in this region belonged to us.. you see vedas and puranas have so many contradictory facts but noone of them can be broken from hinduism. Both of them were written in different times and regions.. all the rituals of hinduism are varying tothe region, you can see Hinduism very indulgent for its various forms and interpretation s.. this Quality is not found in any other religion..

                1. What’s the point of having various forms, interpretations and rituals? Isn’t there only one God?(if he/she exists) According to Islam, Judaism and Christianity, there is one God why 30,000 crore in Hinduism?

  4. Many metaphysical sources including mediums and psychics as well as the late Sai Baba have revealed , God is within everyone. It’s a source of energy that is difficult to elaborate as also exist in other dimensions. We’re quantum beings and as our DNAs upshift, humans will display greater psychic powers. It’s evident in the people born after 1987. 😉

    1. Thank you for the comment! Yes, I agree with you. If God exists then he/she is within everyone and not within certain plants and animals as is the case with Hinduism where they worship some specific beings and completely neglect the rest!
I had never heard about the display of greater psychic powers before you mentioned it, I’m going to look it up right away. And are you among the people born after 1987? 😉

      1. Ha..ha.. Nope I’m born after 1987 (Harmonic Convergence). People born after that year are described as Children of the new Consciousness and I’ve met several who are gifted enough to access their akashic records i.e. they remember their past lives! Others become clairvoyants, etc… They have been called the Indigos too because of the appearance of that colour in their presence.

        1. Haha..okay! I’ve heard of akashic records before but I never really believed them, but since you’ve met such gifted people, I’m astounded and even more curious! Yes, I’ve come across clairvoyants but same logics and beliefs always confuse me. Thank you for mentioning that to me. I will do more searching on it 🙂

  5. Apart from some miracle stories said by some people and priests and also some scientists saying the complexity of humans, animals and this universe can’t come out of chance god is unlikely. But i don’t know some days some coincidence, thoughts i feel like god is giving it to me.There is some kind of power beyond our understanding that is for sure.

  7. Khushboo Arora: Good luck figuring out the God thing. I don’t believe in the existence of a personal God, but I DO BELIEVE in humanity.

A lot of suffering. I believe in that too.

This poem is off the charts outstanding.

You keep writing for humanity. No matter what you believe or don’t believe about demons and deities, you maintain that focus on humanity.

Cause you have compassion and creative ability that expresses such.

On behalf of humanity: Thank you for these thoughts.

Keep writing on behalf of humanity….

  8. Wow,Khushboo! That was quite a debate
. I believe in the collective energy that pervades all living things, goodness and light. There is of course good encroaching dark, dark does the same to good. Every person has free will to choose. This is ME! I,too, respect everyone. Beliefs are personal and often sacred. I do NOT know the “truth”
